I telephone Swinton Insurance and instructed them not to renew my car insurance policy as I had a quote which was over half the cost, despite my call they still took the renewal premium.
Although to be fare there customer services and complaints team handling the issue well and refunded me.
But the error shouldn't have happened in the first place.
