The automated phone service is the worst I have ever come across. Due to this I was unable to enquire about adding to my current insurance. I tried phoning again and was hung up on, the chat service was not working either. Eventually I chose to cancel my current contents insurance (started 01/07/2022) and I was informed i had to pay a charge of £21 to cancel. What a great one manned Sales Prevention Team you have created. Never again will I buy an insurance product I know has anything to do with Swinton.
