Got new insurance, had cancellation letter, took 3 phonecalls for them to finally realise it was because a previous accident was still classed as open, so we paid extra to cover this via phone.
Money was taken, as well as a fee of course
then this morning I have an email, they have cancelled my policy, refunded ONLY the original payment, Minus another fee.... So i am uninsured, £70 down and have to try to get insurance elsewhere.
Scammers, a complete waste of my time and money and VERY stressful!
