I don't want to say a bad word about anyone but I'd avoid Swinton ,lack of communication,had my policy cancelled,no correspondence email,text from them ,and all because they couldn't see a pdf file I'd sent them clearly (and didn't think to inform me to send it again )when spoke to them ,the call centre agent was rude and unhelpful,and then refused to tell me what information was missing,made a big contordiction , firstly saying ite pdf was blank ,and then saying the pdf was a pic of a v5 which couldn't see clear and that's why was cancelled,asked to speak to manager and was only able to do so cause I kept agent on phone for half hour,when spoke to manger ,she didn't want to help at all , absolutely shocked how awful they are ,and none of there agents have very good english
