i am disgusted with the service. I have spoken to advisors to renew my policy.
They agreed a new price but did not bother to set up a direct debit. This is their department not mine. I spoke to advisors on 3 occasions, I don;t think they actually understood what they had to do.
PLEASE DO NOT RENEW WITH THIS COMPANY.
