Got terrible. Calls are transferred to India
A couple times they put the phone down . This was English operators but from India not much better
My insurance cover went from £350 / £370 to £500 . Ask for a new policy by phone was told £500 without explanation
Got a renewal for £600 . I got 20 year's no accident no claim . Went to a new company £ 350 .
Run away from this cowboys.
