Absolutely worthless ! Cancelled my bike insurance without telling me ! Reason was that my no claims certificate that I emailed to them had the logo heading cut in half !!
Although full name and address of hastings insurance was at the bottom of the form !! Charged me £25 admin , and £38 lost insurance with Zenith , best bit was the bikes been in the garage and not used !!! Wasters!
