Customer service was rubbish. The policy was easy to sign up to but Swinton make it almost impossible to leave then once the documents are signed. There are a lot of hidden clause in the fine print so please read carefully before buying the policy.
When I sold my car and tried to cancel the policy was told I needed to pay all the cost of the insurance even if I don't have the car. Swinton refused to give me my no claims bonus so I was forced to continue the policy with them. They don't explain things clearly and I would not recommend them.
