Ignore the response from swiss-trade, because they are thieves . The review was written after a conversation with support and Account Manager. Support showed no interest in showing any support. They sent me to a software vendor (their supplier) to ask about the issue and I still didn’t receive my funds, it took the help of Fosterboon.org before I could get my funds back to my bank account.
