Had a great experience with Switcher, the website itself is incredibly easy to use and makes the process very straightforward. I did find the actual change of supplier took longer than anticipated, knowing the SLA for this process is 7 days, it took longer then expected but I don't know that that had anything to do with Switcher - it may have been on the Supplier side. Would definitely use Switcher again!
