The process of switching is entirely pain free. The immediate thought is that switching a service like electricity is going to be very intimidating, but this was not the case. In fact the entire operation was completed in a relatively short time. I would recommend that consumers engage more proactively in this type of exercise. That way, competition becomes more focused and this can only be a good from everyone's point of view.
