I received a call from Switcher on March 20, where I provided details for a call back regarding Vodafone deals. We discussed a new contract with Vodafone, and I was told to wait 5 days for a technician to contact me and for DPD to deliver the modem box. However, despite waiting patiently, I didn't hear anything from them. Given the lack of communication, I'm reconsidering staying with Vodafone for 1 Gigabit service, especially since I'm currently with Virgin Media's 500mbps broadband. If I don't receive any contact or information about the Vodafone contract soon, I'm inclined to switch to a different provider, such as Eir or Vodafone, without using Switcher and contacting them directly.
