It’s all about the effort - or in the case of Switcher, the lack of effort required. I switched my broadband and land line provider recently from Eir to Sky and it was so easy to do that I’ve quite forgotten the whole process. I know Switcher laid out my options clearly so I could gauge where the value lay. After that I selected a couple of options, provided some easily accessed information and hey presto the new deal was in place. No sweat, not a hair out of place.
