I spoke to Jake and he was such a lovely guy. Not pushy at all which is really important to me as I suffer anxiety and depression. I also get super paranoid and he set my brain straight. We even had a laugh on the phone-I don’t laugh much. The deal was a steal too. Switcheroo is great for getting all info to you especially if your like me first time buying WiFi he explained everything so I could understand as I’m a tech phobe but not condescending at all. I 100%recommend.
