Not the service i was expecting at all. Please arrange for my details to be removed from any other company other than gas and electric.”

“Got a phone call immediately upon submitting a check for other deals on their website. The website threw an error and suggested a non-existing offer from the provider I'm currently with. The employee on the phone was incredibly confrontational, constantly interrupted me when I was trying to explain my situation and downright rude. In short: website has bugs and throws errors, fictitious offers, and rude staff. No thanks.”
“I wanted calls from energy companies but got calls from broadband. If there were no energy switches available I should have been told that. Now I’ll be plagued by emails and phone calls that I don’t want and didn’t ask for. How annoying”
