“I asked for a Gas and Electric comparison and within seconds got a broadband call. not only passing my details to a company without my permission but also wasting their and my time and money. Not the service i was expecting at all. Please arrange for my details to be removed from any other company other than gas and electric.”

“Got a phone call immediately upon submitting a check for other deals on their website. The website threw an error and suggested a non-existing offer from the provider I'm currently with. The employee on the phone was incredibly confrontational, constantly interrupted me when I was trying to explain my situation and downright rude. In short: website has bugs and throws errors, fictitious offers, and rude staff. No thanks.”
“I wanted calls from energy companies but got calls from broadband. If there were no energy switches available I should have been told that. Now I’ll be plagued by emails and phone calls that I don’t want and didn’t ask for. How annoying”
“Awful. Signed up for free gift of ring doorbell. Got told price will go up £5 if I want the FREE gift. Said yes anyway and still waiting 5 months later. Get hold of my provider and told FREE gift is an echo dot. LOL”
