Excellent customer service. Affordable product, lives up to its promises, with knowledgeable development behind it. Quality is a step above the cost. Most quibbles were fairly minor, and all either have been fixed by the creator, are in the process of being fixed by the creator, or are matters of opinion (e.g. exact feel of switches, etc). A very welcome new entry to the flight sim gear world.
