I am on a tight budget but finally decided on a quality Chinese sword that is highly versatile for cosplay. Since it took a while for me to decide, the sword I wanted was out of stock. I contacted the customer service team and was assured it would be available in time for my group performance. When it did not arrive 4 days before the performance, I almost had a panic attack and contacted support again. They were very understanding and expedited one for me that arrived with priority mail within two days.
