My experience has not been pleasant. Each page took around a minute to load, the images for each sword were stuck at that "?" and I had to keep refreshing the page. After finally finding the sword I wanted, it was "out of stock", and extremely frustrating experience. After checking out, I did not receive an email that confirmed my purchase. Their customer support team took 20 minutes to respond to my message. I would have rated 1/5 if it wasn't for the sword which I was happy with.
