Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
The concept is great, the execution is poor. I could forgive some of the issues with fitting the product if the customer service was good. However, after receiving the wrong parts in an order 4 months ago, i am still waiting for over £50 in refunds.
In order to fit the product to my bike, the 'universal' kit had to be modified and i had to have 3D printed parts made so it would fit.
