I preordered my Kit on July 8th. as a Gift for someone in late November.
The estimated production and delivery was in late September early October.
It got pushed back silently without notifications whatsoever. I waited until the new estimated dispatch and on 20th November i got a tracking link for a package.
Since the tracking did not update for a week i logged in to see my Swytch order beeing pushed back another 2 Month into January. I contacted the support which told me my order is still in manufacturing...... After asking if there is a possibility for me to withdraw from my order, i got informed that apparently they are holding my Money hostage until i eventually recieve my package which by then will be 4 Month late (if it finally arrives on the now estimated Date)
Edit 1: I provided the asked Information via Trustpilot and have yet to hear back from Swytch after another week of waiting.
Edit 2: This is the 10. January. After Swytch tried to make things right and provided me with a shipping Link on the 11th December i waited for my Package to arrive. Supposedly by December 18th. Well it did not. Unfortunatly the Package has been in Customs since the 16th of December "waiting for clearance by Swytch". I contacted UPS and asked if that status is accurate and they confirmed it, even tho by then i had 2 E-Mails from Swytch assuring me, that they cleared it. Who really is at fault here i can not tell, but i ramain without Money and without the Product i paid for.
Edit 3: I threatened lawyers on the 13th of January. After receiving the most immature response so far from a Senior Customer Service Advisorior who basically told me "It's UPSs fault bro", I reminded them that I have been waiting over 5 months for a product that I paid them for in July 2024 and they have already denied me a refund. Long story short, the package arrived 2 days later, completely mangled. I would have sent it back immediately but as it was not for me I took it and tried to install it on the bike. For anyone wondering, they have you measure your forks and tyres before you buy, so you know it will fit. Surprise, it did not fit between my forks, which are within spec. Now I have to deal with this horrendous customer service again. This is insufferable. Do yourself a favour and just do not buy anything from swytch!
