The watch box that I received from Amazon was faulty. This was the third item from Amazon that was faulty and I was getting pretty fed up of with having to return everything. However, I noticed a leaflet in the watch box from the founders stating that they would send a replacement for faulty items along with their email address. Erma helped me from start to finish and was honestly the reason why I would purchase another product. I offered to return the faulty product but she refused and advised it wasn’t necessary. She kept me updated the whole way. I may have received a working box a week after my original order date but it was worth the wait.
