Great experience! I needed a hard-to-find case for an older iPad model and found it on their site. They discovered the aqua one I ordered was damaged when they went to ship it. Instead of just cancelling my order, they found me different color options at their international warehouse and reached out to see if one of them would work. I picked the blue.
It would have been easy for them to just cancel on me. Instead they found a solution so I would still get my case for my son's AAC device. One very happy customer here!
