Website said they usually ship within 24 hours and I selected the 2-7 day free shipping. After 7 days I still hadn’t received a shipping confirmation email. I reached out via email and was then told the case I ordered wasn’t in stock (here’s where they lost a star) . I explained the case was for my autistic sons communication iPad, and soon after received confirmation they were having my case shipped from Amazon within 48 hours.
Overall excellent service and always great cases for kids
