It's honestly ridiculous how hard it is to have Tagvenue remove your account without them dragging it out. I've been trying for 3 days to get my account removed with them and they just won't do it. Klara initially seemed helpful but she seems to only take notice of about a 3rd of each e-mail.
I was hoping that I'd return to Tagvenue one day but Tagvenue have not lost a customer for life with their complete disregard for my wish to be deleted and increasingly terrible customer service.
