“Good at helping me locate the venue I needed”

We can see from our records that both meeting rooms — for 19th and 20th May — were confirmed and fully paid through the platform, with invoices shared by the venue. That said, what you've described on the day is something we're taking seriously and are already looking into with the venue directly. Regarding the additional charges — our platform records don't reflect any outstanding payments, so to be able to investigate this properly, we'd need you to share any proof of extra charges incurred. The best way to do this is through our Help Centre at https://support.tagvenue.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new — once we have that, our team can look into it as a priority. For future bookings, we'd also recommend keeping all communication with the venue through Tagvenue Messenger — it keeps everything in one place and makes it much easier for us to step in if anything goes wrong on the day. “Venue Manager was super friendly and helpful. `A great blank canvas for what we needed it for which was a reunion. I would suggest just a bit of a freshner and a lick of paint to update the interiors but other than that it was a great space. Everyone enjoyed the night.”

“Overall the service and food provided was very good. The booking experience was great and Julie was more than accomodating and helpful. I had to make a few amendments to our original booking as one of our team was stranded in Dubai but Julie was so easy to navigate the booking with and on hand to answer any questions.
