“Overall the service and food provided was very good. The booking experience was great and Julie was more than accomodating and helpful. I had to make a few amendments to our original booking as one of our team was stranded in Dubai but Julie was so easy to navigate the booking with and on hand to answer any questions. “I recently used your facility and was impressed by the clean, modern, and well-equipped six-person meeting room. My only feedback is that I had difficulty locating my reserved room because no one was available to greet me upon arrival. I think it will be very helpful to show the room number on the confirmation email with space diagram.”
