“Conygre Hall, Timsbury. Just what we needed for a public meeting and all laid out the way we wanted beforehand by the Hall Manager. Large enough, clean, tidy and met our needs for the evening. Would highly recommned this venue. Good facilities, easy to book and set up and valeu for money.”

“TagVenue took my full Payment and then double booked the event space. My family had to find another venue last minute for our Family Day event. They showed no sign of caring and it was a headache to get my refund back. Would not reccommend!”

Mischa, we’re very sorry this happened and for the disruption it caused to your Family Day plans, we understand how frustrating that must have been. As soon as the venue informed us of the double booking, we moved quickly to resolve the situation and ensure you received a full refund. An initial 50% refund was issued automatically in line with the venue’s cancellation policy, and the remaining balance was processed as soon as the venue manager confirmed we could release it. This is not the level of service we expect from the venues listed on our platform. We’re reviewing this case with the venue directly to understand what went wrong and to help prevent this double booking from happening again in the future! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
