Received a quick response to my original query which was great as we had a very short timeframe to find a venue. I found the process to book and secure our venue efficient, however the summary of our booking only covered one day - so I had reconfirm with customer service that the booking did cover the two days - ideally the summary should show the exact the details of the booking.
Venue itself has amazing facilities and suited our needs for our first workshop.
