I had to book a place urgently because I had booked a place for my event outdoors but the forecast was rain. I messaged a beautiful venue and heard back almost immediately from them. Their response was 'yes' they could host us! My entire experience from my first query was seemless and smooth. I was incredibly thankful and impressed.
