Getting a tax invoice was tedious. Upon request, Venue Manager informed to obtain invoice from Tagvenue, after contacting Tagvenue, was told to get it from Venue Manager. If Tagvenue and Venue cannot be consistent in a small matter like tax invoice, it will bring alot of inconvenience and frustration to the client.
Is also ridiculous that Tagvenue website has a "I would like a VAT invoice for my booking" contact reason if Tagvenue can only provide a receipt and not invoice.
