From the room (The Shipping Company room) to the service beforehand (Erica) and on the day (Louise) everything was 10/10. The room was spacious, airy and the tech worked perfectly. The service and set up was fantastic; the team were extremely accommodating with any items being sent beforehand and supportive in general. The support on the day was next level; Louise was on hand and extremely accommodating with specific requests and made the day an absolute breeze. Can't recommend this enough!
