I would prefer just to deal direct by email with the person at the venue. This was lumpy. I ended up phoning the venue direct to check they'd put the booking in.
Then the link to pay the credit card did not appear and it had to be sent to me separately by email outside Tagvenue. Wasted time hunting around trying to find it.
