Platform is fine but the venue host I’ve been trying to coordinate with has been abysmal. Doesn’t respond until I follow up several times and isn’t interested in being helpful. I don’t plan on spending money like this again if this is the kind of communication I receive from a venue. I’d rather work with a place that actually cares about my business.
