Understood the quick turnaround that I was under. Able to source extra's be it catering, or equipment needed. Up front understanding of costs with no additional or secretive fees. Actual venue was exactly like the pictures shown, as you can arrange {subject to the owners permission} a viewing before your event. All in all 10 / 10.
