Isabella Scott was incredibly understanding, especially as this was my first time booking with Tag Venue. I had initially requested the AV theatre room for an advocate seminar with 40 legal practitioners. By chance, I called the venue to check on an HDMI cable and was then informed that the booking hadn't been secured, which caused quite a bit of panic as I had to retrace my steps. Isabella was extremely patient and quickly offered an available alternative room, price-matching it based on our previous conversation. She was a lifesaver in ensuring the event could still go ahead. There was also an unexpected request for lunch to be provided, and the open communication with Isabella made everything so much smoother. Speaking with the same person for both the room and lunch arrangements made the process efficient and seamless.
