This is my first time booking the venue via Tagvenue
Result: I visited the site, confirmed and paid a month ago, but the company informed me a day bf that the room is no longer available, that's so shock and I have nothing to do but have to find another asap. But I booked the hotel of speaker near the venue and informed my learners. It cause a lot of trouble.
Overall:
Good: the system is clear and easy to follow
Need to improve:
*more protection for user is needed
*found can't rate the company and they change the status of the deal into unaccepted
