I had to bypass this platform and make an agreement with the venue directly as Tagvenue was holding on to the payment but did not released it to the venue. The result? Venue was waiting for payment, I've already paid through the platform. As the day was getting closer, I've paid the venue directly while having to request a refund from tag venue. This is the worst platform I've seen. Would not come back.
