Excellent user experience, very smooth process to find venue, check venue info and availability and very clear calls to action. Especially appreciated how easy it was to get the venue's contact details. Overall much better experience than competitors, venue platforms are often clunky, and don't have availability listed, also the venue providers never reply to the messages. One thing to improve would be to be able to hide/delete enquiries when they are unsuccessful, I contacted a lot of venues and it was a bit confusing to find the ones that were successful.
