This was my first time using the site and while it was great for finding a venue, I preferred to deal directly with the hotel and continued the process with the hotel directly. I like to see proposals all in one document and not questions being answered in many emails. It gets too confusing trying to look through many emails to piece together the information you're looking for that you could have in one document. I really don't have much to compare to since I did not finish the process through tagvenue. also, I wasn't sure if tagvenue was a free service or if I had to pay once the service of finding the venue and securing it was complete. Maybe if there was more clarity around this I'd feel more comfortable using it next time. thank you.
