Jacob and team were fantastic! They outlined each step of the process, communicated when they received my glasses, when they were sent back, and even followed up to make sure I received them!
The lenses are very high quality and my glasses look like new, but it was their superior customer service that really wowed me. I will definitely use them again if I need to replace lenses on any of my other glasses. Thank you!
