I sent >10Y old Emporio Armani sunglasses that were scratched to h#!! as they were buried in the bottom of my golf bag for years. Communicated with Jacob and the Tajima team with high expectations of taking the glasses to near new.
The process of providing a pre and post return labels enabled fast, customer-centric satisfaction and a process I am accustomed to working with as an Executive.
