I approached Tajima with a pair of broken vintage sunglasses with very distinct frames which I was unable to get fixed at a local optician nor via a similar online service called Fuse. I was very impressed by Tajima's customer service, who I interacted with several times. I would recommend Tajima in a heartbeat to anyone needing their sunglasses repaired and/or upgraded.
