Jacob (co-founder) took the time to update me with emails on my order. I'm sure it's automatic, but I will tell you, it's nice that this company thinks of one on one communication with their customers ... very important!
When I recieved my Maui Jim frames back with the new lenses, I was 100% satisfied.
