Recently I purchased replacement lenses for 2 pairs of costa frames. I received each set in the mail and replaced one set with no problems. The second set wouldn't snap in quite right, so I reached out to Tajima Direct and they sent me a shipping label to send back with my frame and they would custom fit them for me at no additional charge.
