The interaction with Tajima was spot on. Each request was met. Each question was answered. I am very pleased and my glasses both pair look great. My very old pair are nostalgic but I still like them and they were repaired. The other pair with the broken lense was a surprise. One was broken but both were replaced. Thank you again. The expense was so reasonable.
