I wish more companies were as responsive and focused on their customers. I recently had cracked lenses replaced on a pair of Smith Castaway sunglasses. Tajima sent frequent e-mails keeping me apprised of the replacement progress, which was very helpful. The replacement lenses are exactly like the original, and very high quality. I had mentioned to Tajima that these glasses had special meaning as they belonged to our son who was an avid outdoor guide. I also shared that we lost our son last year. Enclosed with the returned glasses was a very thoughtful hand-written note acknowledging our loss and wishing us well in his memory. This is a very unique company that I cannot endorse more highly.
