The service and communication was exceptional! The replacement lenses, though, have a little distortion when looking thru them. I have an identical pair of Maui Jim glasses with the same color lens, and vision is perfect. I'll just keep them as a backup pair. Tried getting used to them by wearing them for a week, but I can't. Sorry I can't give a better review, as I've never given a bad one before.
