Everything about the experience was great, from the personal (that means I talked to a REAL person) touch of a representative who helped me do everything, right down to the contact he made twice while glasses were en route to delivery. Glasses were perfect. Only problem came with me…lost them on my recent trip…that’s what I don’t do expensive glasses, and probably won’t again.
