I had never used Tajima Direct before I ordered new polarized lenses for two pair of fishing glasses and was unsure how it would go. I need not have been concerned. Every step of the process was clear, efficient and user-friendly. When an issue arose (my frames were older and not in great condition), it was handled pro-actively, efficiently and in a customer-friendly way. At every step, the customer service was outstanding. And the lenses themselves are outstanding. The clarity and crispness, the effectiveness of the coatings, and the all-around quality all far exceeded the lenses I'd previously had from highly-regarded companies. I think that the quality of the lenses, the quality of the fitting, the quality of the service and the reasonableness of the prices are just tops. I highly recommend them.
