I sent my Maui Jim sunglasses (2 pairs) in for replacement lenses due to significant scratches. Tajima's communications are excellent. They provided info every step along the way - received, reviewed for repair, repairs commenced, repairs completed, package prepared for mailing, package mailed. I was never left wondering did they receive them, how far along are they, etc. Glasses arrived in a timely manner. I am delighted to say that they are good as new. This is a much more economical solution to having damaged lenses replaced in favorite frames. Very happy with entire process. Would definitely use them again.
