BEWARE AND Avoid like anything. Wrote to cancel my contract as per terms and conditions May 2020. Have liaised with Take payments as they are now called via phone calls and emails. After 1 - 2 replies they stop responding and now want to instigate a debt collection agency for unpaid direct debits despite them acknowledging receipt of cancellation. Just do not touch!
